Dear " . $Name . ",
As we enter 2014, I am very excited to share some BIG news with you (watch this video)!
Project Mañana's mission is to share the gospel by empowering local churches and individuals to build lasting relationships with impoverished children, their families and communities through nutrition, education, and discipling.
BIG News #1: Centro de Esperanza (The Hope Center)
Starting in January 2014, Project Mañana has begun raising money to build a NEW two-story, state-of-the-art nutrition center and multi-purpose room (Click here to view photos).
The first floor will offer an industrial kitchen, walk-in pantry, and hygienic food preparation area. The dining area will have space to seat 300+ children at a time (that's a 275% increase in capacity).
The second floor will offer a large multi-purpose room that will be used for church services, weddings, community meetings, emergency relief, and more. In addition, it will have an office and personal apartment.
BIG News #2: Project Mañana To Open The First Private School In Villa González
In October 2012, Project Mañana expanded its services into Villa González -- a severely impoverished community where food is scarce and there is no clean drinking water. In addition, there is a severe lack of education; as there are no schools in the community. The closest school is a dangerous 30-minute walk on a busy freeway (watch this video), so many parents have chosen not to send their children to school.
I am excited to announce that Project Mañana has been working on building the very first school in Villa González; which is scheduled to open its doors to 50 students this August for the 2014/2015 school year!
I am very excited about the future of Project Mañana and sincerely thank all of our sponsors for their partnership and support. Please join me in celebrating this amazing time in the history of Project Mañana!
Sincerely,
Brian Berman
